As a small business it’s extremely costly for us to provide just refunds as each product is hand made and made to order for my customers. In the event that you change your mind, We only offer exchange only at this time within 10 days of receiving your order.
We do however only offer refunds in the case that the product/s are damage, We will typically refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If it’s not possible we will contact you email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (If applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
